What this site records, in plain words

Level Logistics, LLC (Toledo, Ohio) runs this hiring site. We look at how people use it so we can reach more drivers and make applying easier. Last updated October 15, 2026.

What we record

• A random ID in a cookie on this site (named ll_vid, kept for one year). It is not your name and is not tied to your name.
• Your IP address and the approximate place it points to (city, state, ZIP). This is usually only accurate to your area.
• Your device, system and browser, your language and screen size.
• How you got here: a QR code, a Facebook or Instagram post or ad, a search, or a link.
• Which pages you open, how far you scroll, how long you are active, and which parts of a page you see.
• When you tap Apply, call, text or email, or start or finish booking an interview.

What we do not do

• This does not collect your name, phone number, email or application. If you book an interview, what you type into that form is handled separately and used only to schedule you.
• We do not sell this information, and we do not follow you around other websites.

Facebook and Instagram

This site uses the Meta Pixel. It lets Meta see that a visit happened and which buttons were tapped, so we can measure our Facebook and Instagram ads. Meta's own privacy policy applies to what it receives. Opting out below turns the pixel off for you too.

Who can see it

Authorized Level Logistics staff, through a password-protected page. Only Admin accounts can see full IP addresses. Our service providers store and process it for us: Vercel (hosting), Upstash (database) and Meta (the pixel).

How long we keep it

90 days. After that the records are deleted automatically.

Your choices

• Use the button above to opt out. It deletes the cookie and stops the tracker and the pixel in this browser. Only essential storage stays: a note of your choice, kept in your browser, so we don't ask again. Nothing is sent to us.
• If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, we treat that as an opt out automatically.
• Want what we hold about you deleted? Text or call us at 567-358-2200 or email hiring@levellogisticsllc.com. Tell us roughly when you visited and from what kind of phone or computer, and we will remove it.

Applications

When you apply on this site we collect your answers to the screening questions, your name, mobile phone number and email, your resume if you attach one, how you heard about us, and the link you came from. We use them to consider you for a driver job and to contact you about it. Only Level Logistics hiring staff can see them. Our service providers store and send them for us: Vercel (hosting and storage), Resend (email) and Twilio (text messages). We keep applications for up to 1 year, and longer while we are interviewing you, after we hire you, or when we keep yours for a later opening. To ask us to delete yours, email hiring@levellogisticsllc.com.

Text messages

When you check the consent box on the application form, you agree that Level Logistics may call, text or email you about this job. Expect a few text messages about your application and interview. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.

Who this is for

This site is for adults looking for delivery driver work (drivers must be 21 or older). It is not meant for children.
